ABOUT US
A sangha is defined as a community of practitioners. The three jewels of Buddhism are the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha; this third jewel offers a deep well of support and wisdom for both monastics and lay practitioners. As Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us, "If you are without a sangha you lose your practice very soon." Our sangha follows the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh whose writings are beneficial for Buddhists and non Buddhists alike. Please feel free to join our sangha to enjoy the present moment with others. Whether you come once a week, once a year or just come to see what it's all about.

Our sangha is comprised of professionals and non professionals, retirees and currently working men, women, Christian and non Christian, etc. All can feel welcome and come to learn how to be mindful, joyful and allow our "mud," our suffering, to lead us to beauful lotus flowers within each life.
